We're Excited to Meet You

What to Expect

At Frey Orthodontics, we believe that your first orthodontic visit is your most important one.

The first visit to a doctor’s office can sometimes seem intimidating, especially for small children. But, your first visit to Frey Orthodontics will be completely painless.

Youll be warmly greeted by our team, introduced to board-certified orthodontist Dr. Frey, and shown around our office.

Getting Records

At your first visit, Dr. Frey will give you a complete orthodontic exam. You'll also meet our experienced and friendly staff as they take a set of diagnostic records.

This information is used in consultation to discuss your unique orthodontic case and develop a custom treatment plan designed to your needs.

Complete orthodontics records typically include X-rays, study models, and photos of your face and teeth.

Making a Plan

You'll know exactly what to expect during the course of your orthodontic treatment and you'll get a chance to ask all the questions you need at this first visit.

Your treatment consultation is followed by a financial consultation where we discuss our professional fees, describe our financing options, and electronically verify your insurance benefits.

Don’t forget to bring your insurance card, if you want to move forward with your treatment plan.

Giving You the Best Care

Orthodontic treatment is a process, involving a series of orthodontic visits. We value the relationship that we will build with you and your family throughout that process and want you to be confident that you are receiving the best orthodontic care possible.

Once you feel like we've addressed all of your questions and concerns, you can start your treatment that same day. We value your time and we know you want to make the most of your visit.
